Massage

Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage

Uplifting, calming and soul soothing, an Aromatherapy massage tailored to your specific needs with custom made blend of Aromatherapy oils. This massage uses Swedish massage techniques which features gentle, flowing pressure to restore muscular fatigue and relax the body.

Sports Recovery Massage

Aids in the recovery of sore, tired muscles, a balance of relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques, this massage will leave your body feeling relaxed and energised. Features Alpine Goddess muscle recovery balm which soothes your muscles with warming Black Spruce, Juniper Berry, White Cypress, Organic Bush Mint and Black Pepper.

Energy Balancing Reiki Massage

(90 minutes only)

Reiki techniques open and cleanse your chakras leading to well being on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. This massage is perfect for rebalancing yourself, if your feeling 'not quite right' , with the combination of Swedish massage techniques and traditional Reiki healing methods. This experience will leave your energy buzzing and your mind clear and relaxed.

Hot Stone Massage

Warm Basalt Stones heal your body, soothe away muscle tension and chronic pain. Improves your sleep and circulation as physical and mental tension slips away. Swedish massage techniques are used to increase blood flow to joints and increase the range of motion. Hot Stone massage promotes restorative sleep and can assist to relieve symptoms  of autoimmune diseases.

Full Body Exfoliation, Warm Mud Wrap and Mini Facial

Exfoliating full body scrub which boots skin circulation using gentle relaxing techniques, a warm mud treatment and cocoon leaves your skin feeling smooth and moisturised and luxurious mini facial using botanical skin products to nourish your skin and assists with developing a smoother more radiant complexion.

including Photo-Biomodulation light mask treatment (15 minutes value $45)

Alpine Goddess Massage Facial concentrates on boosting skin circulation to stimulate collagen production, promote and even skin tone, hydrate and illuminate the skin. Skin is cleansed and purified with a selection of products individually tailored to your skin needs. Hand, forearm and arm massage and foot reflexology treatment is included while products are calming the skin. A facial massage which concentrates on relaxing and stimulating the skin, including Gua Sha (Traditional Acupressure Face Lift) and then optionally add a photo-biomodulaion light mask treatment individually selected to either stimulate collagen production, even skin tone, remove redness and calm or balance the skin.

Boosts skin circulation, cleanses pores and stimulates collagen production. Individually tailored to your skin type with all natural botanical skin products to suit your skins needs.

Wildflower Aromatherapy Retreat (2.15 hrs)

A warm wildflower foot bath plus Reflexology including a peppermint foot scrub followed by a 60 minute Aromatherapy or Sport Recovery Massage.  Elemental full body exfoliation, warm mud treatment and a mini facial with custom products tailored to your skin type. Alpine Goddess Herbal Teas served with this treatment.

Ritual Purification and Energy Cleanse Retreat (2.15 hrs)

$350

This treatment commences with a traditional herbal smoke cleanse to clear your energy of any blockages holding you back, followed by a luxuriously relaxing Warm Cherry Stone  Massage combined with Hot Botanical Steam Ball Massage techniques  using botanical ingredients traditionally used in for cleansing mind, body and spirit including birch leaves containing  wintergreen oil which assists with rheumatism, arthritis and joint pain, ginger, fresh turmeric, lemon balm, Hawaiian black charcoal salt and green tea this steam-based treatment leaves skin purified and fresh and joints feeling smoother and less sore. Followed by a tailored facial using Botanical products and photo-biomodulation light treatments as required. Alpine Goddess herbal teas served with this treatment are selected to purify inside as well as out.
